  1. Answers vary. The mean is much bigger than the median, so at least one very large value is pulling it up, an outlier. This is from U3-L8 and U3-L5.
  2. Answers vary. The scale probably starts near 96 or 97 instead of zero, so a gap of 2 looks huge. This is from U3-L8.
